Terms and Conditions

• Unless otherwise expressly provided with respect to a particular sale, all sales are made in accordance with and subject to the following terms and conditions:
  
  
• Prices: Unless otherwise specified, our prices for goods and or services will remain in effect for thirty days after the quotation date. The quotation is subject to change if the information upon which this quotation was based is found to be inaccurate or incomplete. Prices are subject to change by EII upon customer rescheduling or reconfiguration of orders. Prices are also subject to change upon 30 days notice in response to supplier price increases.
  
  
• Delivery: All shipping dates are approximate and are based on availability of material from the suppliers as well as receiving of all prompt necessary information from the buyer on the order.. We are not liable for delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances or causes beyond our control. All products are shipped at customer’s risk.
  
  
• Terms Of Payment: Terms of payment are net 30 days from invoice date, prices are FOB EII’s facility.
  
  
• Orders Terminated: Buyer can terminate the order provided they give us advance notice of such termination and reimburse us for all cost and expenses incurred on the order. Should customer cancel, reschedule or reconfigure its order, customer shall be liable to EII for any additional charges incurred by EII.
  
  
• Claims: Products are deemed accepted by customer unless customer notifies EII in writing within 10 days of delivery that such products are damaged or defective. Claims for shortages must be made in writing within 10 days of delivery. No returns may be made for any reason without a Return Authorization Form issued by EII. If customer refuses to accept delivery of any products without authorization from EII, such products will be held by EII for a period not to exceed 10 days, at which point EII may, but is not obligated to, deem the products abandoned and dispose of them as it sees fit, without crediting customer’s account.
  
  
• Limited Warranty: We warrant that the goods/services provided by us will be free from defects and workmanship under normal use. Electronic Integration warrants each assembly for workmanship up to 30 days of invoicing. Electronic Integration will repair the assembly or credit the quoted cost of the placement at EII’s option. EII does not warranty any workmanship for BGA Placement unless each board has been X-rayed. Any modifications done to the assembly nullifies this warranty.
  
  
• EII gives no other warranty, either expressed or implied, and specifically disclaims all other warranties. In no event shall EII’s liability exceed the amount of the order placed.
